Questions and answers

Who is it for?

Makers, craft studios, 3D printing businesses and creative businesses. You need a licence for any commercial use of Paragami designs.

What happens when my membership ends?

The licence is valid only for the paid period, so after that you can’t sell. This is why I recommend making to order.

Can I sell the files?

No. You can’t sell, share, sublicense or pass on the digital template files.

Can I change a design?

Not without my written consent. If a customer wants a custom piece or a logo, send them to Custom design & logo. Once the design is ready, the customer can ask you to make it.

Can I use your pictures?

Yes, the store visualisations, with a watermark saying they are Paragami product previews, not the physical art you make.

When does my licence start?

Immediately. Your membership and your discount are active right after purchase, and the licence is dated with your purchase date, so it works from the moment you buy. I prepare the licence from the details you gave at checkout, sign it, and email it as a PDF within a few days.

I’m an EU business. Can I buy without VAT?

Yes. Email info@paragami.com with your company details before buying. I’ll prepare an invoice without VAT (reverse charge), and the “EU VAT REVERSE CHARGE” option is unlocked for you.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. The change takes effect at the end of the current period. You manage it in your customer account, under Subscriptions.

How the commercial licence works

It is necessary to obtain a license for any commercial activity using Paragami intellectual property. 

Grant of License

ParagamiPro Membership hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the designs for commercial purposes during the period of active membership. You shall maintain active ParagamiPro membership to continue using the Paragami designs for commercial purposes. The right of license usage is effective upon obtaining ParagamiPro Membership and remains active until the last day of the paid subscription period, unless the subscription is renewed.

Permitted Use 

Under this Agreement, you may use Paragami in any commercial activities, including but not limited to selling physical Paragami Art, selling ready-made templates, advertising, marketing, and content creation, as well as conducting group creative workshops.

Restrictions

It is prohibited to sell, share, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the digital Paragami templates (files) to any third party. You shall not modify, alter, or create derivative works of the designs without prior written consent from Paragami.

License Document

The License agreement document will be prepared without undue delay. Details provided during checkout will be used. The license will be valid for a definite period corresponding to the paid subscription period. Once ready, a signed PDF will be promptly emailed to you.

How the subscription works

How renewal periods work

ParagamiPRO MEMBERSHIP works on a subscription recurring basis. Once you enroll to the subscription, your membership becomes active. You can select from various renewal periods. The subscription is renewed at the end of your chosen period. You have the flexibility to cancel or modify your subscription at any time, with changes taking effect at the end of the recurring cycle.

How to manage your membership

You can manage your subscription through your customer account under the Subscriptions tab. Here, you can view subscription details, pause or resume your subscription and edit payment methods. 
Refunds for accidental renewals are subject to a processing fee deduction.

How to access your account 

Access your account by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the page or through this link. Enter your email address and a six-digit verification code will be sent to your email. No password is required for login.
